Our Return Policy is designed to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please read the following guidelines for returns:

1. Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase.

2. Exclusions:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used lash products. Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. We do not cover shipping costs for returns.

3. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
